The Panama City Beach real estate market kicked off the beginning of 2019 with nearly $23 million in sales volume for condominiums and over $21 million in sales volume for single family homes in the month of January. The highest priced condo closed in the En Soleil community at $750,000 for a 3BR/3BA gulf front unit while the highest priced home sold was a 7BR/7.5BA gulf front home in the Bel Air community for $2.335 million.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida started the year with an increase in sales volume by over $2 million compared to January of last year!
