The Forgotten Coast residential market increased with just over 14 million in sales with a total of 39 total homes sold and 33 homes pending within the key markets of St. George Island, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Port St. Joe and St. Joe Beach/Mexico Beach. St. Joe Beach/Mexico Beach had the most sales with 16 homes closing in the month of March. Cape San Blas had the highest sale with a $730,000 home with gulf views.
