September Sales in Review :: Panama City Beach

Sales remained steady during September in the Panama City Beach residential real estate market with  231 properties closed and 112 new contracts for single family homes and condominiums combined. The highest priced condominium to close was a two bedroom in the Gulf front development En Soleil at $600,000 while the highest priced single family home sold was a Gulf view, four bedroom residence in Carillon Beach at $1.85 million.
