The Walton Community Health Improvement Partnership’s Healthy Walton Summit engages community partners, community stakeholders and the public to discuss and develop the 2020-2022 Community Health Improvement Plan. This plan will detail collaborative efforts to improve the health of residents by addressing identified issues. The following issues arose from analyzing community-level data and listening to the community via surveys:
· Housing
· Substance Use & Mental Health
· Healthy Food Access
· Preventable Injuries & Vaccine-Preventable Diseases
