Forgotten Coast residential real estate sales remained consistent in most key communities. There were 26 single family homes closing and 40 pending or contingent properties. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of closings for the month followed by St. George Island. The highest priced property to sell during December was a four bedroom Gulf front home in Dolphin Beach Village on St. George Island.
