2020 began with a surge of new activity with 93 new contracts for homes and condos combined while 75 properties closed during January in the 30A Beaches residential real estate market.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was the leader in 30A sales for transaction sides with 41.5 sides. The company earned nearly $37 million in sales volume in the 30A Beaches market and over $45 million in overall sales volume across all markets. 

The highest priced single family home sold for $4.295 million in the always popular Seagrove Beach community. This contemporary 7 bedroom home featured a location one block from the beach with Gulf views and over 7,000 square feet.

The highest priced condo sold at $1.65 million in the luxurious Lucian development located along Scenic Highway 30A in the Alys Beach community.
