Real estate sales were HOT in June in the 30A beaches market with 187 properties closed (up by over 100 from May) and 207 new contracts for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded over $61 million in sales volume and 58 transactions sides for the 30A beaches market segment. The company recorded over $83 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties.

A  new construction 8 bedroom Gulf front estate in Seagrove Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell during June at $7.85 million. This sleek contemporary home included over 6,600 square feet, a swimming pool, panoramic views of the Gulf throughout and covered fourth story rooftop deck.

The highest priced condo sold was a 4 bedroom, two level Gulf front residence in the WaterColor community that closed at $2.5 million.
