Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $96 million in sales volume and 79 transactions sides for the 30A beaches market segment. The company recorded over $119 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties.

A 7 bedroom Gulf front luxury estate in the exclusive Paradise by the Sea neighborhood in Seacrest was the highest priced property to sell during September at $15.1 million, also the highest sale of the year on 30A!

The highest priced condo sold was a Gulf front 3 bedroom residence in Thirty One, the newest development in Seagrove Beach at $2.9 million.
