It’s just not the South without a little barbeque! Get ready for a fun-filled weekend in the sun at the 4th Annual Butts & Clucks Cook-Off on the Bay. Sanctioned by the Florida BBQ Association, over $12,000 will be awarded in prizes during the weekend event set for January 21st, 22nd and 23rd in Apalachicola’s picturesque Battery Park.
Additions to the event include a judging seminar on Thursday, January 21st for people interested in becoming a state certified BBQ judge, a ‘Shut Up and Shuck’ party for teams and judges, and a Deviled Egg (“The Cluck that came from the Butt”) contest on Saturday, January 23rd.
