November in the Forgotten Coast real estate market was strong and steady with 58 single family homes closed and 99 pending or contingent properties across the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe and St. George Island. Cape San Blas/Indian Pass had the highest number of transactions for the month with 14 closings and the highest priced property to sell with a four bedroom beachfront home closing on the Cape at $2.81 million.
