2020 ended with more great news for the Panama City Beach real estate market with 303 condos and homes closed and 99 new contracts secured during December. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $14 million in sales volume with 38 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $20 million in sales volume overall in Bay County.

The highest priced condo closed was gulf front four bedroom in Princess Condo at $1.3 million.

The highest priced single family home to sell was a six bedroom home with private pool located across the street from the beach in the Carillon Beach community at $2.05 million.
