Sales continued to surge in the Panama City Beach real estate market during February with 231 properties sold and 212 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $10 million in sales volume with 28 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and nearly $16 million in sales volume overall in Bay County.

The highest priced condo closed was gulf front four bedroom in the premier development of En Soleil at $1.05 million.

The highest priced single family home to sell was a gulf front seven bedroom home with a private pool in the Bel Air neighborhood on the East End.
