Sales continued to surge in the 30A Beaches real estate market during March with consistent activity. Lower inventory and increased demand are keeping 2021 as one of the most interesting years in area real estate! 223 properties closed and 182 new contracts were secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions with 94 transaction sides totaling over $145 million in sales volume. The company recorded over $166 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of March.

An exquisite five bedroom gulf front estate in Alys Beach the highest single family home to sell at $16.9 million, also the highest sale of 2021 year-to-date.

The highest priced condo sold was a three bedroom gulf front residence in the new construction development Thirty One in Seagrove Beach at $2.6 million.
