April was another steady month for the 30A Beaches Real estate market with 204 properties closed and 156 new contracts secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in both volume and transactions with 74.5 transaction sides totaling over $118 million in sales volume. The company recorded nearly $134 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of April.

A new construction nine bedroom gulf front estate with a private swimming pool in Seacrest was the highest single family home to sell at $12.5 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a five bedroom gulf front penthouse at Costa Blanca with a private rooftop heated pool and fireplace at $5.7 million.
