May was another fantastic month for the Panama City Beach market with 350 properties sold for homes and condominiums combined and 193 new contracts secured. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $17.4 million in sales volume with 42 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and nearly $28 million in sales volume overall in Bay County.

The highest priced condo closed was a recently renovated gulf front three bedroom penthouse residence in Aqua at $1 million.

The highest priced single family home to sell was a newly renovated gulf front six bedroom property in the Miramar Beach community on the west end at $2.375 million.
