June 16, 2021 (Watersound, Florida) – The Highland Group is proud to serve as the general contractor for a $40 million dollar expansion project at Camp Creek Golf Club in Watersound, Florida. The exclusive members only club is expanding their golf facilities, adding a brand new 75 room upscale boutique inn, and developing a plethora of first-class amenities for the entire family to enjoy. The 30-acre site has been under construction for the last year and is now entering the vertical construction phase.

The 5,000 sq ft facility will include a golf pro-shop and feature the TrackMan, the industry’s most accurate way of measuring a golf swing and flight of the ball from impact to landing.

For the fitness enthusiasts, The Highland Group is also overseeing the addition of a health and wellness center with state-of-the-art locker rooms, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas; a 6,500 sq ft pool with zero-entry, tower slide, and a 270-foot lazy river; a Kids Club for teens including an outdoor playground and multi-sport field; nine Har-Tu tennis courts with a stadium-style court for tournaments; tennis pro shop; and additional pickle ball, bocce ball, and basketball courts.
