Sales remained steady in the Forgotten Coast real estate market in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island during July. There were 59 properties closed during the month with 113 properties currently under contract. St. George Island had the highest number of transactions during July with 12 closings while Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home closing at $1.78 million.
