July was another very active month in the Panama City Beach market – 312 properties sold for homes and condominiums combined and 138 new contracts were secured. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was ranked in the top 6 agencies for the month, earning nearly $13 million in sales volume with 30 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $18 million in sales volume overall in Bay County.

The highest priced condo closed was a newly renovated, three bedroom residence in the gulf front Treasure Island Resort at $1.089 million.

The highest priced single family home to sell was gulf front, nine bedroom property with a private pool at $3.3 million.
