The 30A Beaches real estate market remained very active during August with 144 properties closed and 137 new contracts secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $89 million in sales volume with 56.5 transaction sides. The company recorded over $112 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of August.

A five bedroom home in Alys Beach with gulf views was the highest single family home to sell at $7.2 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a three bedroom, gulf view residence in the luxurious Viridian development at $2.9 million.
