October brings cooler temperatures, plenty of sunshine, and lots of festivals to Panama City Beach! Whether you’re local and looking for something to do or planning a trip to explore this special coast, there’s fun to be found all over PCB next month.

FEATURED OCTOBER EVENTS

Pirates of the High Sea Festival
October 8th – 10th

Sail into Columbus Day with the annual Pirates of the High Seas Festival from October 8th-10th! This event brings the legacy of pirates who once explored the Gulf of Mexico and the story of Dominique Youx along with his krewe to life. This year the festival is free admission to everyone, so come join in on the pirate fun!


21st Annual Autumn Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally
October 20th – 24th

Come ride along at the 21st Annual Thunder Beach Autumn Rally from October 20th-24th! Thunder Beach is well known as “The Friendliest Free Rally in the United States”. This Motorcycle event takes place twice a year, once in the spring and another in the fall. The four-day rally has great food, entertainment, and of course, biking on the coastline with a beautiful view of Panama City beaches!


SandJam Music Festival – Postponed
September 30th—October 2nd, 2022

The favored SandJam Music Festival originally scheduled at the beginning of the month has unfortunately been postponed to September 30th– October 2nd, 2022 due to a public health emergency from the current increase in COVID-19 cases. Usually taking place at M.B Miller pier in April, it was relocated to Frank Brown Park. SandJam says tickets for the 2021 festival will be refunded within 14 days from the announcement of cancelation. Stay tuned and keep the excitement for next year’s event!


OktoberFest – Postponed

During this three-day event at Aaron Bessant in Pier, Park OktoberFest is usually full of fun activities including German food, live music, and lots of exciting events for friends, families, and kids! As a result of COVID-19, OktoberFest has been canceled again but will announce new dates for 2022. Until then, enjoy the spirit of OktoberFest this month until we are reunited at the Fest next year!
