Market activity remained steady in the Forgotten Coast real estate market and its key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 49 properties closed during the month with 117 properties currently under contract. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of transactions with 11 closings while Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home closing at $2 million.
