December ended 2021 on a high note for the 30A Beaches real estate market with 172 properties closed and 96 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A market in transactions with 73.5 sides and nearly $91 million in sales volume. The company recorded over $117 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of December.

A six bedroom, gulf view estate in Alys Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $13.33 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a three bedroom, gulf front residence in WaterColor at $3.6 million. A Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida sales executive represented the seller in this transaction.
