The first month of 2022 was an exciting one for the 30A Beaches real estate market with 143 properties closed and 158 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined, over 60 more new contracts than the month prior. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A market in both volume and transactions with 52 sides and over $81 million in sales volume. The company recorded nearly $100 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of January.

A five bedroom, gulf front estate in the Retreat was the highest priced single family home to sell at $13.2 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence in Costa Blanca at $3.99 million.
