When they arrived, they found a lift had become inoperable while extended more than 100 feet in the air, stranding a painting contractor at a high angle. SWFD Public Information Officer Mackenzie McClintock said the man was on the property for work.
“A couple of his co-workers on scene said they had tried for approximately an hour to move the lift themselves before calling the fire department,” she said.
