February brought consistency for the 30A Beaches real estate market with 149 properties closed and 129 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A market in both volume and transactions with 53 sides and nearly $83 million in sales volume. The company recorded nearly $109 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of February.

A five bedroom, gulf front estate in Dune Allen on 1.2 acres was the highest priced single family home to sell at $10.5 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence in Bella Vita in Blue Mountain Beach at $3.3 million.
