DEFUNIAK SPRINGS MAN CONVICTED OF MOLESTATING GIRLS UNDER 12 SENTENCED TO TWO LIFE SENTENCES PLUS 15 YEARS Posted on September 20, 2022 A DeFuniak Springs man found guilty of three counts of molestation is sentenced to two life sentences plus 15 years in Florida Department of Corrections. Jacob J. Ramirez, 32, was initially charged in July of 2021 for sexually abusing three children left in his care under the age of 12. Ramirez was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim less than 12 years of age, and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim 12 years or older.
