Sales were consistent in the Forgotten Coast during September in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 53 single family homes closed during the month with 78 properties currently under contract. Cape San Blas had the highest number of transactions with 15 closings while Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home in San Blas Estates selling for $3.1 million.
