OKALOOSA COUNTY — The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has arrested five men following Operation Nightstalker over the weekend. Operation Nightstalker targeted suspects communicating with individuals they believed to be a minor for sex.
The following individuals were arrested:
• Matthew R. Richard, 23, of Crestview, charged with soliciting a minor for sex, traveling to meet a minor for sex and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.
• Jacob W. Long, 35, of Pensacola, charged with soliciting a minor for sex, traveling to meet a minor for sex, transmission of harmful images to a minor and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.
• Jordan K. Walker, 29, from Dothan, Alabama, charged with soliciting a minor for sex, traveling to meet a minor for sex and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.
• John T. Guzalak, 54, from Shalimar, charged with transmission of harmful images to a minor (5 counts), use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
• Andrew A. Folkes, 25, from Fort Walton Beach, charged with soliciting a minor for sex, traveling to meet a minor for sex and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.
There are charges for additional individuals pending.
