One hospitalized after Eglin Parkway wreck (PHOTOS)

FORT WALTON BEACH — A man is hospitalized in stable condition after a single-car wreck on Eglin Parkway Sunday night.

According to Fort Walton Beach spokeswoman Jo Soria, police officers from the Fort Walton Beach Police Department responded to the area of Uptown Station on Eglin Parkway shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday night in reference to a silver Jeep SUV striking a tree. The passenger in the crash, a 33-year-old male, was ejected from the vehicle and was transported to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition. There were no injuries reported by the driver, a 24-year-old female.
