SANTA ROSA BEACH — The Walton County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 15-year-old boy after an investigation of narcotics sales. WCSO received a tip in October that Brendon Wayne Anderson, 15, was selling a prescription equivalent of Xanax to youths in Walton and neighboring counties.
