Stubbs Orthodontics announces new hire orthodontist Dr. Li-Ping Chew

Miramar Beach, FLA. (January 11, 2018)… With the growth of Stubbs Orthodontics and the recent opening of the Miramar Beach location, Stubbs Orthodontics is proud to announce the hire of new team member and orthodontist, Dr. Li-Ping Chew. Dr. Chew’s personal treatment experience at the orthodontist as a young girl made a lasting impression, and since then, she has wanted to provide beautiful smiles to others that last a lifetime.

Dr. Chew graduated from the Mayo Clinic for her orthodontic training, where she was accepted as the only dentist in the nation for the three-year program.  She recently achieved her board certification as an orthodontist through the American Board of Orthodontics, and since then her education has allowed her to treat a multitude of orthodontic issues.

As a military spouse, Dr. Chew has travelled all around the world. No matter the location, she engages and enjoys serving in the community in which she lives. She is also passionate about international missions, and has recently travelled to Kenya and Rwanda to help train the local dentists in orthodontics.

Dr. Chew is married to her best friend whom she met in dental school, Dr. Matt Miller, who serves as a dentist at Hurlburt Air Force Base. They recently welcomed their first baby girl, Lucy, and they love to have fun and enjoy life together. In her spare time, Dr. Chew enjoys CrossFit and yoga, and teaches both exercise classes in her local community.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Stubbs Orthodontics team,” said Dr. Chew. “We move all over with the military and I’m looking forward to grounding myself and helping our community members achieve the smile they’ve always wanted.”

Dr. Casi Stubbs and her husband Zack are excited to add Dr. Chew and her expertise to the team. Dr. Chew will work along side Dr. Stubbs to ensure the patients receive the best experience possible.
