MILTON — A Niceville man was in critical condition after a single-vehicle crash on State Road 4 near Johnnie McGoey Road.

Charley Guyton, 37, was driving a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck east on SR 4 near Munson about 4 p.m. Monday when he ran off of the road and hit a tree, according to a press release from Florida Highway Patrol.

Guyton was airlifted to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. He could not communicate details of the accident, the FHP said.
