Forgotten Coast residential real estate sales remained consistent in most key communities. There were 28 single family homes closing and 41 pending or contingent properties. St. George Island had the highest number of closings for the month followed by Mexico Beach. The highest priced property to sell during November was a seven bedroom Gulf front property on St. George Island.
