2020 was off to an exciting start for residential real estate sales for the Panama City Beach market with sales and new activity on the rise! 207 condos and homes closed and 126 new contracts were secured during January.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida finished in the top 10 sales agencies in the Panama City Beach market. The company earned over $5.5 million in sales volume with 16 transaction sides. 

The highest priced condo closed was a beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom in En Soleil Resort at $816,000. The condo community with the highest number of closings was Laketown Wharf with 17 sales.

The highest priced home to sell was a Mediterranean-style lagoon front estate at $1.675 million. Breakfast Point was the community with the most single family home sales with 11 closings.
