2020 began with a strong start in Forgotten Coast residential real estate sales in most key communities during the month of January. There were 29 single family homes closing and 56 pending or contingent properties. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of closings for the month followed by St. George Island. The highest priced property to sell during January was a four bedroom Gulf front home in Dolphin Beach Village on St. George Island.
