Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $81 million in sales volume with 55 transaction sides. The company recorded over $115 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of May.

A new construction eight bedroom gulf front estate with a private swimming pool in Seagrove was the highest single family home to sell at $11.25 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a three bedroom gulf view luxury residence at Viridian Condominiums at $2.47 million.
