The 30A Beaches real estate market continued to explode during June with 195 properties closed and 127 new contracts secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the market with 72 transaction sides totaling nearly $109 million in sales volume. The company recorded over $143 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of June.

A three bedroom, gulf front beach home in Old Seagrove was the highest single family home to sell at $7.5 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a five bedroom, gulf front residence in the luxurious Devonshire at Camp Creek Lake at $8.2 million. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida represented the seller in this transaction.
