Sales fell slightly during April in the 30A Beaches real estate market with 161 properties closed while new contracts remained steady with 118 contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded 51.5 sides with over $80 million in sales volume in the 30A Beaches market segment. The company recorded nearly $129 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of April.

A five bedroom, gulf front residence in Alys Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $19.9 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a three bedroom, gulf front residence in Thirty One in Seagrove Beach at $4.5 million.
