DESTIN, FLORIDA – (May 16, 2017) Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation announces the 22nd Annual Festival of the Arts on Oct. 28-29, 2017 at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village in Destin, Florida, located in scenic Northwest Florida on the Gulf coast.
One of the Southeast’s premier festivals, the event showcases the original artwork of more than 100 artists from across the U.S. who will compete for $10,000 in cash award prizes.
The Festival is a celebration of art, music, food and family fun. Special features include a live music lineup, art activities for kids, souvenir posters and t-shirts, art raffle and more. Local restaurants and food trucks will serve a diverse menu of sumptuous cuisine, including a wine & beer garden. Convenient parking and free shuttle service are also available.
Admission is $5 for adults; MKAF members and children (12 and under) are free. Proceeds benefit MKAF’s community outreach programs.
