Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $98 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during July. A gulf front, five bedroom home in Destin Point was the highest priced single family home to sell in Destin at $5.6 million while the highest priced property to close in Miramar Beach was a gulf view, nine bedroom home at $4.175 million.   The highest priced condo sold in Destin was a gulf front, three bedroom residence in Martinique for $2.8 million. There were 49 single family homes closed during the month with 111 properties currently under contract.
