For the Health of It has been in business for 22 years in Blue Mountain Beach. That’s long enough to see organic babies grow into organic kids into organic teens into healthy adults.

After all this time, the good folks at the health food store / nutritional emporium / juice & smoothie bar still manage to keep things fresh. Now they’re stocking items from the largest provider of organic produce in the Southeast to offer loyal customers clean food at conventional prices.

For the past 6 years they have carefully selected the art, gifts and books that cover their gallery’s colorful walls, making The Blue Giraffe one of the more unique places to support the local arts scene.

John spent every summer since he was seven at his family's beach house on Eastern Lake. By the time he was in his late twenties, he had grown tired of the Atlanta grind and decided to answer the call of the SoWal beach life.
