The Market Shops, located at the entrance to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Winter Concert Series is underway. Every Sunday in January and February will feature a different local or regional artist or band. The Winter Concert Series is free and open to the public. Rain or shine, concerts are from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on The Market Shops lawn. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. In the event of rainy weather, the concert will be relocated to the covered patio outside of Bijoux at The Market Shops. NEXT UP: Scott Rockwood Trio on Sunday, January 15.

All of these items can be dropped off at the boutique, Monday through Saturday, between 10 am and 6 pm.

The Market Shops, located at the entrance to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, announced recently that two of its merchants, Ben & Jerry’s and DIG eatery, are hosting a Toys for Tots Drive in support of the U.S. Marine Corps annual campaign. Both Greg Valloch of Ben & Jerry’s and Brian Murray of DIG eatery are retired military, having served in the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps, respectively. The two eateries are asking the community to bring a new, unwrapped toy to either location at The Market Shops, located at 9375 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550, by December 15, 2016.

To make things even sweeter, guests who bring in a gift of $5.00 or more will receive a FREE kids cone from Ben & Jerry's.

The Market Shops, located at the entrance to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, announces the Holiday Bazaar ArtWalk on Saturday, December 10, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Held in conjunction with the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, the inaugural Holiday Bazaar ArtWalk will include an artist marketplace, live music by the Fort Walton Beach High SchoolValhalla Choir, shopping and dining with Market Shops merchants and children’s activities. The Market Shops will come alive with artists displaying and selling their original, handmade quality pieces.

The Holiday Bazaar ArtWalk is free to attend and open to the general public. The Cultural Arts Alliance is currently accepting applications for interested exhibitors and artists now through November 30, 2016.
