Official returns half-million in unspent revenue

The Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court and Comptroller returned unspent revenues of $559,608.78 to the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners for the fiscal year 2016-17.This makes the fifth consecutive year since taking office the Santa Rosa County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Donald C.
