1 dead, 1 in critical condition after PCB house fire

PANAMA CITY BEACH — Emergency personnel say one person died in a home fire this morning in Panama City Beach. A fire at a single-wide trailer at 231 Rose Lane was called in just after 6 a.m. Emergency crews said one person was pronounced dead on scene, and another was taken to the hospital with burns and smoke inhalation and remains in critical condition. Okaloosa school bus involved in rear-end collision

DESTIN — An Okaloosa County School District bus was involved in a rear-end collision accident Thursday afternoon.According to a release from the Florida Highway Patrol, just before 4 p.m. the school bus, which was carrying 43 children, rear-ended a Nissan Altima on Commons Drive East.There were no injuries.The driver of the bus, 55-year-old Bibiana Lough of Navarre, was charged with careless driving.
