Real estate sales continued on a downward trend on the Forgotten Coast during July in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 46 single family homes closed during the month with 72 properties currently under contract.
