DeFUNIAK SPRINGS — Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative (CHELCO) flipped the switch Tuesday on its subscriber-supported solar energy production project.The system, installed at CHELCO's operations center in DeFuniak Springs, comprises more than 500 solar panels installed on the center's roof.
