PACE — The owner of a 5-year-old horse found shot to death early Wednesday morning is offering a reward to help locate the shooter.Chevy, who lived in a pasture at the corner of Diamond and Jernigan roads in Pace, was shot three times, according to his owner, Beth Nelson.The registered paint horse neighed when folks walked their dogs past him.
