Retired Military Hosts Toys for Tots Drive at The Market Shops

The Market Shops, located at the entrance to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, announced recently that two of its merchants, Ben & Jerry’s and DIG eatery, are hosting a Toys for Tots Drive in support of the U.S. Marine Corps annual campaign. Both Greg Valloch of Ben & Jerry’s and Brian Murray of DIG eatery are retired military, having served in the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps, respectively. The two eateries are asking the community to bring a new, unwrapped toy to either location at The Market Shops, located at 9375 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550, by December 15, 2016.



To make things even sweeter, guests who bring in a gift of $5.00 or more will receive a FREE kids cone from Ben & Jerry's.

The Market Shops is pleased to present the Winter Concert Series. Beginning January 8, 2017, every Sunday in January and February will feature a different local or regional artist or band. The Winter Concert Series is free and open to the public. Rain or shine, concerts are from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on The Market Shops lawn. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. In the event of rainy weather, the concert will be relocated to the covered patio outside of Bijoux at The Market Shops.
