November residential sales along Scenic Highway 30A slowed as is typical during this time of the year with 64 properties closed and 45 new contracts. For single family home sales, Rosemary Beach finished first in number of closings with seven sales while also having the highest priced sale with a Gulf view six-bedroom home closing at $5.975 million. The Village at Blue Mountain Beach was the top selling condo community for the 30A Beaches. The brand new Thirty One condominium development in Seagrove Beach had highest priced sale with a Gulf front unit closing at $4.1 million.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida closed nearly $18 million in residential and land sales volume in the 30A Beaches market. Interested in more numbers?
