June was another fantastic month for the Panama City Beach residential real estate market with 226 properties closed and 119 new contracts for single family homes and condominiums combined. The highest priced condominium to close was a Gulf front, four bedroom in the rarely available Bel Air Beach Condo development while the highest priced single family home sold was a Gulf front, five bedroom residence with a private pool in Laguna Beach.
